This LED pool lighting kit utilizes waterproof LED strip lights to attach under the pool rail via outdoor double sized mounting tape, facing downward to the water. This creates a soothing glow to the water without putting any light on the deck or yard. As shown in the photos, the lights are bright enough that the bottom of a standard 5ft deep pool is clearly visible (assuming that the water is clean / clear).

The kit is powered by a regular 110/120V outlet and comes with 12ft of cord from the pool to the plug. Install an inline WiFi switch to activate from a phone app or other device.

No drilling or cutting of the pool is required and this can be installed or removed without harming the pool. It does not need to be removed each winter. Unlike generic LED strip lights, these are designed for use in and around water, so the water and the elements will not destroy them.

These pictures are of a pool that recently had a liner change, but has had the LED kit on for three years at the time of the photo. Not a single LED as burnt out or had the double sided tape fail. This particular pool is based near Chicago, so harsh winters are not a problem.

We recommend temporarily removing one rail cap to route the power wire underneath. Installing it this way hides any sign of the lights until they come on.

While these were designed for the two most popular size of round pools, they will work on any shape as long as it has a lip where they can be attached to the bottom of that lip. If there is a large demand, we can try and make additional sizes.
