12 Round Magazine Upgrade Kit for M&P Shield Compact 22LR
This upgrade kit provides the capability for the a single magazine of a M&P Shield Compact 22LR to increase from (10) to (12) without extending the outside of the magazine and with no loss of functionality such as the slide not staying back after the last round is fired. This retains the use of the stock spring.
If one just wants a magazine to hold (11) for free, look at the picture regarding modifying the lower follower.
The 3D comparison shows how our followers differ from stock. Our upper follower moves the spring base further upward to allow more space for the spring to compress. Cutting the top and bottom followers alone does not allow enough space between the bases for enough spring compression to allow a twelfth round to fit.
Modified magazines or items that allow stock magazines to increase capacity cannot be sold to residents of the following states: California, Connecticut, Washington DC, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Vermont or internationally.
